As a creator in the Creators Pool, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Create content that complies with TikTok's community guidelines.
• Deliver agreed-upon content within the specified timeframe (typically 5-7 days).
• Maintain professional communication with our team and partner brands.

3. Payment and Compensation

Compensation terms (flat rate or commission) are agreed upon per campaign. Payments are processed weekly for completed and approved deliverables. We reserve the right to withhold payment for incomplete or non-compliant work.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Creators Pool and the respective brand partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Creator Pool at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creators Pool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
